Q: HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

A: Some of our items are sourced locally while others are curated internationally. If your order is being shipped from within the U.S. it will take 5-7 business days. However, if it's being shipped from outside the U.S. it can take 10-20 business days to arrive.  

Q: WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY SHIPPING TRACKING INFORMATION YET?

A: Sometimes there's a short period of time needed to process the orders due to popularity or if it's on sale. We appreciate your patience. Also, we may have sent the tracking information and it landed in your spam/junk/trash folder.

Q: WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY ORDER YET?

A: Sometimes our popular items present a momentary inventory crisis and it takes a little more time for us to process the order. Also, some of our vendors have a longer processing time than others but rest assured we are committed to making sure you get your order as fast as possible. 

Q: MY TRACKING INFORMATION INDICATES THAT MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT. WHAT DO I DO?

A: We know how important your order is! BubbleandGumm.com provides our customers with the ability to track your package.

If the tracking information indicates that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please ask your neighbors in case another home received it by mistake.

This is the case many times in this situation.

Also, speak with family members, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf and haven't had a chance to tell you yet. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.

We will always do our best to assist you, but BubbleandGumm does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you will have to contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them. They are the responsible party in this matter.

Q: HOW DO I RECEIVE MULTIPLE ITEM ORDER?

A: If you order several products, each one will be sent in a separate package (in most cases).

Q: HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

A: We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get the full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. This simply covers our cost for the cancellation, we hope you understand. Please contact us immediately if you decide to cancel the order.
