Cancellation We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The return center is in China. Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. The address on the package just is a sorting center of the shipping company. Please contact our customer service staff to get the return address.
